I don't want to throw anyone under the bus here, but I think I see a trend on these romance blogs. As a man I do enjoy romance, however the old saying everything in moderation has to come into play. A romance must be more than looking longingly into each others eyes,and forsaking ALL others always. I think the biggest thing that kills most new relationships is when one party feels smothered. Again romance is wonderful but there has to be substance to a relationship. We are almost all single on here and have our own relationship issues. I think we each need to examine ourselves and what we bring to the table. So that we can start having better relationships. Just an observation. Please don't gut me like a deer and hang me in the garage.

Charlie and Heather, I agree with you both. I feel people need to take time. See each other in various situations, have a foundation of friendship and trust. That is tough to do. Some people get lucky and hit it off right away. I think that is rare. I think the majority of us need to work for it a bit more, take more time, be more cautious, for ourselves and the other person.

Re: CB.....I totally enjoy hearing the other side of a mans' heart. It is very interesting to read a heart felt blog rather than always joking.
