I was reading the off topic discussion about the totures of "menopause" well I tell you that in my humble opinion they arent hot flashes ladies they are power surges....tell me that you do not feel the rush of adrenalin and the overwhelming wish to perform acts of greatness.. like giving all the jagoffs vasectomy with your nail clippers, smother all loud mouth disrespectful teenaggers with a single hand..
POWER SURGES...beware of she who has hormonal fluctuations...as she is apt to be full of great powers of many types...these are justa few.

What a great topic...I work in a hospital, as everyone knows they are always freezing!!! We have a way to bypass the thermostat so the the heat will go on.
Now - if anyone even thinks about doing that when I am there I tell them to look at me - red faced and sweating!!! They smile and look at me as if I am crazed, but they don't touch the thing!!!

I don't have hot flushes just warm glow. A bit like anuclear reactor humming beneath the surface. Only the decerning can sense the imminence of explosion blast and fallout. There faint almost inaudible sound of JAWS music.
As my mum used to say to my brother. Watch it when your sister goes silent. That's when she has had enough and is about to blow. I don't feel rages. It has gone beyond the rage. i have suddenly gone quiet and the clear act of revenge and retribution is playing cooly in my head. i am just planning the detail and mechanics of it. Before I strike.
I could be a cold blooded killer or professional torturer. I understand the "coldness" of violence and its intrinsic intimacy.
I know it but chose to turn away from it. But I have turned it on now and again to get results and extract revenge when nothing else will work. Usually to help friends out rather than myself.
