I have a friend here that just told me she is going in to her doctor on Monday for a biopsy. A thyroid tumor. She is not so much a biker, but I have given her a ride several times with her husbands blessing. Doc gives her a 50% chance of the big C. Just praying for the best for her, the not knowing is tearing her apart. Along with her husband and two kids.

Biker friend had that. He also ahd an overactive thyroid and the big C was one of the possible outcomes of having such.

I hope it is not there. But if it is it is one of the better ones which is more likely to respond to treatment.
