Casual setting, perhaps outdoors where we can talk and get to know one another in a relaxed way. Interview dates can be awkward so something that we both can feel as comforable as possible!

Until we rule out you aren't an ax murderer .. probably keep it to a public place .. Once a sense of trust is established, Im a go-with-the-flow type of person and I like to do different things. I love the outdoors, unless it's really cold out; exploring; seeing new sights .. sitting down for a coffee and people watching .. enjoying a good meal ... whatever .. for me it's more about the connection then what we are doing.

First dates are always somewhat awkward.. The whole interview process. Rather than have it be uncomfortable sitting through a long planned out evening and then trying to discover if there is a chemistry or connection, I would like it to be more of a meet and greet maybe a walk on the beach (closest in range to both of us) or a cup of coffee (cafe we decide where). If the chemistry is there, then make a plan to move forward to a more formal date, but before any of that can even happen I think a normal introduction conversation by phone or e-mail is important so we can both decide if there is any real interest in meeting at all. Our lives are busy and we all value our time, so we we should respect everyone elses as well. No one wants to get somewhere and immediately start looking for the escape route, so lets keep it simple and no matter what lets have fun just being who we are..

Well I guess a long walk together , would be perfect. I prefer this so we can both get to know each other WITHOUT loud music or alcohol . If we choose to go for drinks at a later time that's fine. There's the Niagara Falls AND the Gorge area , we can walk through . The sights and scenenery are really something to behold.

I would enjoy watching the sunset or sunrise maybe during a hike or a ride. A first date could be anywhere that we could just talk and relax.
