I once knew a lady who took in all kinds of wild critters and birds, that were injured. She'd work diligently, with love and caring until the injured spirit and body was healed. Said it was always a moment of bittersweetness, when it came time to let em go. Slightly sad that she would never see these that had become a part of her life, again; Yet, she was also happy to know their joy at being released, healthy and selfconfident, that they could lead their own lives.
"One thing for sure," she told me. "There will always be another, who needs my help in order To Ride The Wind."

Many of us have our lives touched every day. Most of the time, the person doesn't realize they are reaching the spirit of another.

We that are helped feel the same loss but know we must move on. This is an important part of the great circle of life. One gets help, one gives help, and we're all better for it.
