My bike of the year is my bike. And will be for several more years.

I've never rode one so I can't comment other than to say "Does it really matter"? I have found that alot of companies throw a ton of money at the rags to "showcase" their stuff. If thats what the rag says is the bike of the year, they are entitled to their opinion!
Cheers,
Jamie
