but deep inside it would be nice to go for a walk
together in the summer night but something isn't right. what is wrong with this picture? Is it the frame or the fixture just take a sip of this tincture.

Well one day the clouds came to play
with a glass of merlot and a single headlight beam
cloudy thoughts did arise that grayed a sunrise.
I looked out my window and said oh no
this can't be the way to begin such a beautiful day!
So in a revelry I blew my horn and called a new storm of friends to come bring these grey skies to an end.
Low and behold in simple show of human weakness
my friends came and collected all the pieces
they didn't mind that the picture hung a little crooked and that it might have been a litte stupid
to go public with the blues but they came through with the good news.
Hey your not alone neither are we!
We are all in this together can't you see!
Though a thousand miles maybe between
and we can't be seen we all have good days
and bad days it is just the way things are
under these milky way stars!
We are human and need one another
and let me tell you I couldn't have asked

Yes Lonely Rides are a time for thought and reflection- So happens the Thoughts sometimes get US down.. Ive thought many times on Lonesome roads in the Darkness of the nite with the Headlight leading the way.. Nice time to reflect on ones life, where we've been and what holds for us in the future.. S&S dont ever change the way you are.. You have brought many of us here much in your writeings.. Ive never Commented on your writeings b4, but ive been reading your words for many months now and feel comfort in them .. Feel good that you have touched Everyone here with your words and thoughts... We all have a purpose in life its the understanding of this that escapes us many times... Im not a poet or philosopher (Sp), with words of wisdom like you and others here.. Just write what I think and hope it comes out right to help others.. Good thing we can be brought together here in our times of joy and sadness... I have seen some real artistic choppers a t the different rallies that are real eye candy but couldn't take a turn with out taking all the chrome of the primary drive or survive a bump in the road. I like a beautiful ride as any one does but it must have an enjoyable and endurable ride. I am easily in the 20K a year mileage program on a bike so if she is pretty make sure she can hold those curves, handle those lean angles, ride like demon, please her rider and still enjoy just a good hand polish when all is said and done.
