Its not hard at all - Love hits at all ages just because she is young doesn't mean she doesn't feel - The best bet to do is Learn from it and move on.... dont waste time pondering over the what should have been and what it wasn't... Let it go - You might not want to date and just regroup for awhile and get you back - you look pretty fit but join a gym if your not a member already and you will start feeling good about yourself once again.
