MOULTRIE ? A Colquitt County man was indicted Tuesday in the shooting death of his girlfriend.
Prosecutors allege Robert William Lewis, 48, shot Martha Fritts, 46, once in the head with a shotgun in the early hours of June 5, 2004, at 4004 Doerun-Norman Park Road.
The couple, who were living together at the time, were allegedly arguing before Fritts was shot.
The indictment against Lewis included felony murder, voluntary manslaughter, aggravated assault and multiple weapons charges.

The whole thing about it is that just the fact the worrying about the what the other guy is doing and say he is not what you think he should be is riduculous.Expecting someone to live up to somebody elses expectations .The whole term Biker is a stupid term and has only really been used repeatedly by the media since the motorcycle fad has takin off.Whether you are or your not WHO CARES .Do what you like and don't worry about what anyone else thinks.Having somebody tell your your not just means they are trying to knock you down a notch while all along you were just doing your own thing.
