Badbikerkitty - I too suggeste a "real time" chat room so or a forum in which "small groups" could have conferences and have had no response on that suggestion. For the most part - however - I have gotten return emails pretty quickly when I have made suggestions.
When you add new features, make sure they work. The new blogs are ok, however I checked a few this morning and they have all been cleared. No comment history available on many that had plenty of history. Get your acts together BK. This is why so many people have given up membership. If you want us to pay for a service..YOU need to provide that service, CONSISTENTLY.
